EDWIN
Edwin's parent's lacked financial resources to send him to school. He joined a gang and his life started spiraling into darkness. While walking one day, Edwin's father discovered Miracle Center Kawempe.
There he opened up to Pastor Robert about his son Edwin. Pastor Robert invited Edwin to attend Miracle Destiny High School (MDHS).
Edwin's life totally changed. Since attending MDHS Edwin proclaims he is a Christian, prays and reads the Bible daily. He is excelling in is academic studies.
ENOCH
Enoch's father passed away and his mother struggled to provide basic needs for her son. She sold milk which yielded little profit keeping Enoch from attending school.
She reached out to MDS for assistance in getting an education for Enoch. Enoch began attending MDS as a weak, ill, sad, child. He didn't have the energy to play and struggled to participate in class.
With daily nutrition provided to Enoch at the school and at home Enoch began to thrive. He is now doing well physically and academically.
IMMACULATE
Immaculate's Dad passed away and her Mom tried to support her and her brother Ivan making less than 50 cents a day. Ivan was very sick and needed medicine.
Both children needed an education. Mom needed a job. Tragically Ivan succumbed to his illness and immaculate's Mom also passed away.
Despite all of her hardships and heartbreaks Immaculate stayed in school, studied hard and excelled academically to the top of her class. She is healthy and has a bright future thanks to her education.
